Full-Time Position ($75k Base)
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive In-Person Assistant to support daily operations at Onshore Ventures. This role includes overseeing material ordering, assisting with budgeting, and organizing weekly schedules and task lists for both Brad and the crew. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned are essential.
